It introduces a new concept called \u201cHeart Count\u201d that is vital to management of employee happiness that will be the determinant of performance in digital era. It provides a wholesome of human capital development strategy that covers recruitment, retention, and separation to empower generation Y and beyond. Heart Count treats employee as human being and nurture them towards achieving their happiness that will empower them to be an entrepreneur either on their own or within an organization.
